Kiddush Sponsorship

A Kiddush Luncheon follows services each Shabbat. "The Kiddush" has become a vital part of Chabad as it does much to create friendships, community and the warm Shul atmosphere in which we take great pride. A delicious and pleasant sit-down lunch is a wonderful way to mark an occasion that is special to you; occasions such as:

• Yahrtzeit of a family member. Click here to calculate when your loved one's Yahrtzeit will occur.
• In memory of a beloved friend, as a traditional way of honoring them.
• Your birthday or the birthday of a loved one.
• Your wedding anniversary or the wedding anniversary of a loved one.
• Any life cycle event of yours or of a loved one, to express gratitude in honor of a special occasion (Graduation, a New Job, a "small" miracle), or just because. 

The week’s sponsor(s) has the opportunity to speak about the event for which they are sponsoring the Kiddush, and are/is encouraged to say a few words about their occasion, the Torah portion of that week, or any Jewish topic. 

All Kiddush sponsors will be listed in our weekly email, and the Kiddush sponsorship display.

Kiddush Packages

Each Kiddush price is based on the size of our congregation. If you are celebrating a special occasion and are expecting more than 5 extra guests, please notify us in advance as different fees apply.

For larger events such as a simcha, etc., please contact us to discuss available options. For Kiddush events with more than 20 additional guests, serving help will be required at an additional cost.

Kiddush Package Options:

Standard Kiddush Sponsorship: $225
A Standard Kiddush includes a buffet luncheon
(Standard kiddush selections vary based on availability)

Deluxe Kiddush Sponsorship: $450
A deluxe Kiddush includes the following options in addition to the Standard Kiddush:

• Deluxe Meat Kiddush: Includes a deli meat platter and 2 additional salad/side dish
• Bagels/Lox: Dairy Kiddush with bagels, lox, white fish, cream cheese, tuna and  egg  salad, and  2 additional salad/side dishes. (non-dairy cream cheese option can be substituted by request)

Kiddush Add-ons:  (in addition to Standard or Deluxe Kiddush as above):

• Grilled Chicken Strip/Shnitzel Strip Platter - $200
• Sushi Platter - $150
• Wrap Platter (Tuna/Egg/Grilled Veggie) - $150
• Fruit Platter: $85

Kiddush Sponsorship is on a first come, first served basis. In the case that a requested Kiddush sponsorship date is already reserved we reserve the right to allow for co-sponsorship as long as the initial Kiddush sponsorship is under $750.
